La Roche-Posay MELA B3 Clarifying Micro-Peeling Gel is a mild exfoliating cleanser designed to purify and refresh the skin, promoting a more even complexion and refined texture. Ideal for addressing hyperpigmentation, including on sensitive skin, it features Melasyl™, a patented ingredient that targets excess melanin production to prevent pigment irregularities. Niacinamide helps to fade dark spots, while Gluconolactone, a gentle polyhydroxy acid, exfoliates to reveal smoother, brighter skin. This hypoallergenic formula is free from alcohol and fragrance, non-comedogenic, and dermatologically tested for safety. Use twice daily on wet skin, massaging gently before rinsing.
