L-Mesitran Soft is a hydro-active wound ointment formulated with natural ingredients like honey to support efficient and clean wound healing. Upon application, it draws fluid from surrounding tissues, creating a moist environment that facilitates the breakdown of damaged tissue and removal of debris, preparing the wound for recovery. The ointment absorbs at a rate influenced by wound fluid levels, allowing for timely reapplication. Non-sticky and compatible with bandages.
L-Mesitran Soft may initially enlarge the wound area as it clears dead tissue, which is a normal part of the healing process. Its natural composition can cause color variations from white to yellow or brown. Due to the nature of our products, our refunds and returns policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return and refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Items must be returned in the condition you received them, which includes keeping any hygiene seals in place. You will lose your right to a refund if you unseal a product. Due to the nature of the product, certain items are non-returnable and non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If your return is the result of a shipping error on our end, we will refund the entire purchase amount and return shipping costs. However, we are not responsible for re-shipments, specifically if you type in an incorrect address online or if you enter a P.O. Box.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
