Burnshield Hydrogel, 125ml, is a sterile treatment formulated for minor burns and scalds. Its high water content cools the injured area by absorbing and dispersing heat, helping to limit skin damage. The clear gel enables easy monitoring of the wound, and its non-stick nature prevents it from clinging to the skin. With natural antibacterial properties, it lowers infection risk. Safe for children, this non-toxic and non-irritant gel is simple to apply: dispense the needed amount, spread generously, and cover with a plaster or non-adhesive bandage. Ingredients include water (96%), gelling agent, and Melaleuca Alternifolia (tea tree) oil.

Due to the nature of our products, our refunds and returns policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return and refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Items must be returned in the condition you received them, which includes keeping any hygiene seals in place. You will lose your right to a refund if you unseal a product. Due to the nature of the product, certain items are non-returnable and non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If your return is the result of a shipping error on our end, we will refund the entire purchase amount and return shipping costs. However, we are not responsible for re-shipments, specifically if you type in an incorrect address online or if you enter a P.O. Box.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
