This dual-phase formula combines 30% oil-based and 70% water-based micellar solution to effectively dissolve all makeup, including waterproof products, without leaving any oily residue. It cleanses impurities while simultaneously hydrating and soothing the skin, thanks to Hyaluronic acid and the D.A.F. complex that enhance skin tolerance. Fructooligosaccharides further calm the skin. Shake well before use, apply to a cotton pad, and gently wipe—no rinsing needed.
